For extra speed, we may also use point-to-point couriers at no extra charge for some deliveries, in which case delivery is usually next business day. Because courier deliveries are by road, delivery times vary considerably for outlying areas, as they move radially away from our Sydney warehouse(s). |
International Deliveries ( deliveries outside Australia ^)
We deliver reliably, with speed and safety worldwide (some exclusions may apply). Our international buyers are provided with the highest quality of service, and because we value your security, we use DHL, and Australia Post's super-secure Registered Post International service (Priority Air + signature + insurance) because it routinely provides outstanding results.
Superior value on international orders: because our item prices are often better than those in other markets (we've been known to provide the lowest price in the world on many items) our overall value proposition is usually stronger than other sellers. To maintain our superior levels of service we must only provide secure freight, even if it costs a little more. So in the interest of serving you better, we have introduced a single flat rate which saves you money, because you only pay once. We pay for the rest, no matter how much you buy. How's that for value? This can be a very significant saving. In addition, all international deliveries include both shipping insurance, and a signature at both ends for your added security. Some items are restricted from sale outside of Australia and/or NZ, whereby we agree to contractual obligations from specific Vendors.
New Zealand from as little as 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Other countries from as little as 3-11 business days after dispatch, although it may vary depending on factors outside our direct control which are specific to your country. Please view your item's details in checkout.
^ Please note: In some cases, for technical reasons you may not be billed for international freight until after your order. In such cases, you'll first be charged a small handling fee (usually AU$4.90), and we'll need to provide a shipping quote for the actual costs, which is payable prior to dispatch. These are charged at standard published rates at the Australia Post website. You won't be charged a cent more.
While nearly all items can be shipped internationally, in very rare circumstances the following may apply:
Deliveries outside Australia: Please note that there may be restrictions in terms of the types of delivery services that can be accepted by some international destinations. Under rare circumstances shipping may be restricted to an even more secure service than chosen in checkout, if it is deemed necessary by us to avoid risk of loss and/or damage. In the odd event that there may be additional fees payable, this will never be done without your permission, and your permission and payment of any difference will be requested prior to any shipment being made. We also reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse any delivery if we are advised by local authorities that we cannot ship without undertaking heightened risks, including but not limited to: war, misadventure, and/or other security issues, in which case a full refund will be made to the buyer.
