We offer a money-back guarantee that our items are:

Selling Out Soon provides more than is required under Australian law, in the interest of serving you better.
In the unlikely event we ship you an incorrect item or it appears faulty, simply request an RMA # as shown below. We are unable to accept returns for change of mind or other reasons, sorry. You must be signed in to complete a return request, and all returns are subject to our Return Policy and any other agreed terms.
You may return most new, unopened items within 60 days of delivery for a full refund, for the reasons outlined under Returnable Items.
Unsealed or opened Returnable Items may be returned within 60 days for free replacement with identical item if they test as faulty by our Service Centre. Replacement is with new unless unavailable, in which case a service-centre-approved identical item will be issued. If neither is available then a full product refund (money back) is offered.
Free return shipping:
We'll also refund your return (fixed freight) shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, or an item that our service centre tests as faulty), so you're not taking any risk buying from Selling Out Soon.
Free shipping on replacements: In addition, Returnable Items resulting in immediate exchange for the same item or another item of the same value (excludes Special Freight Items) are shipped back to the buyer free of charge.
Non-faulty items are subject to a Restocking Fee of $7.50, or 15% of the order value, whichever is the greater, and Non-Returnable items terms will also apply. iTunes and other cards, books, consumables and/or wearables are not able to be refunded by law unless they are not as described.
You should expect to receive your refund within 10 to 20 business days of receipt by our Service Centre, although in many cases it will be more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from Australia Post (3 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (4 to 5 business days).
To request a Returned Merchandise Authorisation Number (RMA #) and return your item to our Service Centre, simply sign in (login) to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via email of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Goods without an approved RMA# will be forfeited.

Also, under Australian law you are offered manufacturer's warranty which is in addition to your rights and obligations under our agreement. In the very unlikely event you have an issue after 60 days, you may seek warranty provisions from the manufacturer, and we will happily provide you with up-to-date information with which you can get help immediately. The stats show you're very unlikely to encounter an actual faulty item, but at Selling Out Soon, we're here to help you.
In the unlikely event that our Service Centre finds your item defective/malfunctioning (meaning faulty), not as described, or shipped in error by us, it will be deemed as a Returnable Item, and you will be entitled to a full product refund, exchange, or store credit, at your option.
If an item is received by our Service Centre in error (is returned using a method other than Fixed Freight, tests as functioning, is received in damaged condition beyond normal wear and tear, or is received for any other reason, such as change of mind) it will be deemed a Non-Returnable Item, and the buyer will be subject to the Restocking Fee and the cost of return will become the responsibility of the buyer. Items we return to buyers must be tracked: you may choose any non-free tracked option shown on the item's product page, with a minimum charge of the current retail rate for Australia Post's 1kg Prepaid Satchel. Unpaid administration or return freight fees for item(s) deemed by us to be non-faulty will, after 28 days of receipt, default, and item(s) will become forfeited.
All sales are final. Buyer cancellations and/or change of mind are not possible.
If an address provided to us is rejected by Australia Post, inapplicable to an offer (eg. if a deal limited to an Australian address shows a foreign delivery address), violates a trade agreement, or an order is in any other way deemed incorrect by us, the order may be held for manual verification. In such a case, supply may still be possible, but not guaranteed. Such an order will be subject to regression at warehouse level to allow correct orders in the processing queue to progress.
After manual verification has been completed, we reserve the right to either allow or cancel the order. If allowed into the processing queue, current orders will take precedence, noting any resultant time delays must be borne by the buyer, subject to physical stock availability. If cancelled, a full refund will be issued, less an administration fee of $7.50, or 5% of the order value, whichever is the greater, rounded to the nearest dollar, in addition to any charges imposed to us by the credit facility, including Paypal, or any other credit provider we use at our sole discretion, for the purpose of processing payments and refunds.
In the event of an order having already shipped (regardless of order status showing on system) with a rejected and/or incorrect address, rectification will incur a redelivery fee to the buyer, which will comprise (per box / article ID) the total of any and all cost(s) to return/recover item(s), in addition to the current Australia Post website rate for manual postage with tracking and signature (or reasonable cost of courier delivery) to the correct address (as supplied by you by email), in addition to a demurrage charge of 7.5% of the order total (minimum demurrage charge $12) and an order reprocessing fee of $9. Redelivery and/or re-routing charges are payable by bank deposit, and are irrespective of whether or not the original order incurred delivery charges, or enjoyed free shipping.
We'll pay "Fixed Freight", which is defined as the return shipping costs of Returnable Items within Australia, if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, or an item that our service centre tests as faulty) for any item that can be flat-packed under 20mm in width, so as to comply directly with Australia Post's maximum envelope width policy. Items sent in this manner will be refunded at the current rates determined for envelopes at www.auspost.com.au and calculated at the weight of the product + 35 grams. All we ask is that you return the item packed as well as possible, with bubble wrap on one side, ensuring that the width of the parcel does not exceed 20mm.
Price Protection: We offer 3 business days price protection (Price Protection Period) for any of our products purchased on this website, against any other deal we may offer, provided that such a deal is advertised on this website, not on a third party site or sales channel. The "value" of price protection will be calculated by us, as the difference between the prices, less freight, if applicable. A Coupon Code will be generated in lieu of credit equal to this calculated value, in AU$. It will be the buyer's express responsibility to contact us by email (only) with all details within the Price Protection Period for an individual Price Protection case to be reviewed and validated.
Please note, statistically the occurrence of actual faults in manufactured discs is very nearly non-existent. Of the mere handful of times a manufacturer has been contacted out of many, many thousands of transactions in our collective experience (since the 1980s, before Selling Out Soon!) practicably all software incidences turned out to be either user error and/or hardware (mainly drive-based) issues. So please do your best to try out your item on a friend's system before returning it, if at all possible. If it is returned, the system it will be tested on is very likely both newer than yours and has only been used to test items from time to time, so the drive in it will be close to perfect, which is why our Service Centre may get a better result than you do. Even so, we're here to help, all the time, and regardless of the statistics, you can rely on us to treat you with respect, and in a friendly, helpful manner.
Please note it is agreed that business days do not include weekends and Australian public holidays; delivery and return times may vary during peak periods and shipping times are outside of our direct control.
Terminology: For the purposes of clarity and definition, the words "faulty" and "defective" when used on this website will be taken to mean "default in manufacturing and/or workmanship" as defined by the Department of Fair Trading, in NSW, Australia.
